Also known as a functional capacity assessment or musculoskeletal assessment, the test measures your physical strength, muscular movements and endurance, and is designed to measure your physical skills.

Other Assessments

In order to ensure a safe and productive workplace and reduce absenteeism, your potential employer may also require a drug or alcohol screening done or, in some cases, a simple alcohol breath test can suffice. Depending on the job, your pre-employment assessment can also involve manual handling evaluation, a hearing test and/or an ECG.
